Lunch Menu:
Pork loin with apple raisin sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable of the day.
Carrot Cake, coffee or tea.
We will have a Cookie Exchange, which is optional you should not feel obligated to bake cookies
1. Please bake 3 dozen cookies
2. Divide cookies into 6 baggies (6 cookies per bag) and bring cookies to the meeting
3. You will be able to take 6 bags of cookies home with you.
4. Please label your cookies as some of our ladies have allergies to certain ingredients.
Remember; If you do not bring cookies you may not take any home.

Suggested Amendments


Section 1: Officers and Their Duties
President
· Has overall responsibility for all activities.
· Appoints the Chairs of the following years committees.
· Chairs meetings of the Executive Board and presides at all general meetings of The Club.
· Coordinates all programs and appoints Event Coordinators. Replace with: Appoints Event Coordinators and any other positions that are necessary.
· Responsible for the design and implementation of the event calendar in conjunction with the Board.
· Shall be responsible for adherence to the by-laws.


Vice President
· Performs the duties of the President in her absence.
· Assists the President and all Chairpersons as needed.
· Coordinates all programs with Event Coordinators or the Program Coordinator if one has been appointed

Treasurer
Responsible for:
· Collecting funds.
· Maintaining complete and accurate records of the income and expenses of the club.
· Having the books reviewed (annually for financial accuracy). Replace with: biannually upon completion of her term. The reviewer will be selected by the Board.
· Keeping attendance.

Section 3: Event Coordinators
· Responsible for the room set-up, menu, transportation, speaker and any other preparations for the event.
· Shall report to the Vice President, or Program Coordinator if one has been appointed.
· Shall compile a comprehensive report of the preparations of the event to be presented to the Secretary
· Enforces the Board's trip policies.
